Health Insurance Plans

*ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Plans)

Traditional group health insurance plans often experience annual premium increases driven by overall usage. To keep these plans affordable, employers are frequently required to shoulder a larger share of the premium costs. Additionally, group plans demand substantial administrative oversight, ongoing management, and strict compliance with evolving regulations. Their “one-size-fits-all” structure may not meet the diverse needs of today’s workforce.

To address these challenges, our company now offers Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) to our clients. ICHRA plans empower employees to choose health coverage that best suits their individual needs, while employers maintain a meaningful and competitive benefits offering.

Work Opportunity Tax Credit Administration

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit provided to employers who hire individuals from specified groups that have faced barriers to employment. Employers seeking this tax credit must apply for certification to confirm that their new hire qualifies as a member of a targeted group. Once certification is obtained, taxable employers can claim the WOTC as a general business credit against their income taxes, while tax-exempt employers apply the WOTC to their payroll taxes.

Our company offers a comprehensive WOTC screening and filing service at no cost. We will:

•        Conduct interviews with new employees to complete the WOTC application

•        File all required documentation with the Department of Labor

•        Report all eligible tax credits directly to your company

Studies have shown that employees are more likely to provide accurate and complete responses when speaking with a neutral third party. By allowing us to handle the process, you increase the likelihood of maximizing your WOTC benefits—without adding any burden to your internal team.
